What are you "Thankful" for this year?

Hello my crafting friends,

I am sure that all of us think deep this time of year about what we are "Thankful" for... and I am no exception to that.  I have had a rough holiday season this year with the sudden loss of my dad at the end of October, and I find myself pondering the things that I have not done that I really want to do.  The things that I put off because there is always tomorrow.... I think that we all know that we are not promised tomorrow, and that we have to live each day to the fullest.  So my post comes today with a "Thankful" message.

I am "Thankful" for the great memories that I have with my dad, and those quality moments that I can have with my husband, children, family and friends, I am  "Thankful" that I have today and I intend to live it to the fullest, and I am  "Thankful" for my faith and the possibility of tomorrow.

Who can you reach out to today, and change their lives for the better?  Who can we show and tell that we appreciate with a card or paper gift that we love to make? These are the things that I think about daily...  Don't put off today what could make you and others happier and more fulfilled!!

I love to craft, make cards, scrapbook, and spend time with my family and friends. I often put that off because of things I think have to be done first, I put it on the back burner to do later, when I really want to do it now.... I want to be happier today so I intend to share more of what I love with those that I love!  To make my today the happiest, and most rewarding it can be!  Life is short!

Today's project is a 3D Home Decor Framed Picture that is a reminder to myself to be "Thankful" for everything, and to take nothing for granted!

I love how this project says just that!  I used some wonderful products from the Holiday Catalog, I am sure that you had some of these listed on your wish lists too! Check the end of my post for a list of those supplies.  We are at the end of the Holiday Catalog so don't wait to long because these great products will be while supplies last and retired by the end of December so shop now and get them before they are gone... Use Host code "KAPDA3EP"  and shop with me!

My project was inspired by a creation that was made by another demonstrator whose name escapes me at this moment but she shared it at a Creative Connection that we attended in Medina, MN.   I used her overall concept and but changed it up and put my spin on it...

I love making 3D Home Decor and I plan to make a companion piece to go with this one that you can either change out the message in the frame or add it with this one on your walls... Decembers project will be "Blessed".  Join me in my home workshop to create a great companion to this Thankful picture.  Check out my events tab for all the details!
